H.I.P (Heat Integration Process)
Features IZANAS®, the world-renowned ultra-high-strength polyethylene fiber from TOYOBO CO., LTD.
Densely woven via a micro-pitch braid process and finished with a specialized heat treatment to tightly bond every individual strand. -
Significantly Enhanced Abrasion Resistance!
Test Method: A size 1.0 line was repeatedly rubbed against a #800 square file with a 45g load at a constant speed. Measured the number of strokes required to break the line.
Result: The line lLasted approximately twice as many strokes as comventional braided line did before breaking line.
This results in a drastic reduction in wear against sunken reefs and rod guides, while also significantly minimizes color fade and fraying in the finger-hold area from repeated use. -
Significantly Enhanced Roundness
Tight bonding of individual strands minimizes casting resistance, boosting distance. Furthermore, it suppresses line noise caused by friction with rod guides.

In a 100m elongation test under a 1kg load, conventional braided line stretched 86.3cm, while Super X-Wire stretched only 44.4cm!
With nearly 50% less stretch, sensitivity is significantly enhanced.
