Fold the main line in two and
twist 15-20 times. |

As shown in the illustration,
pass the line under your thigh along the dotted line.Carefully
tighten the twist by pulling the both line ends in opposite
directions. |

Spread the line ends to tighten the twist
by about 80%. |

Fold back the right tag over
the twist. |

Spread the line legs (llustration
2) so that the tag end will wrap back to the beginning
of the twists. When wrapped, tie a half hitch either
on the right or the left side of the doubled line for
tentative tying. |

wrap 3-5 times and tie down. |
