| A Throw a rig into
the water. |
| B Ahead of the Egi,
the slim shaped heavier lead reaches to the target
water range. Hold for 5-10 seconds until the Egi
follows and sinks. |
| C Hold for another
10-20 seconds. If squid does not strike, attract
by lifting the rod up & down in a jigging motion
(Shyakuri). |
| D When squid strikes,
slowly reel in. |
